Read something yesterday that made it seem like was only a couple weeks ago that he was diagnosed. Pretty crazy how fast it was. And his wife was diagnosed with a different form around the same time. Brutal

Holy crap. Brutal.

Kids were born in 2004 and 2005, so they're likely 19 and 18 years old. A friend of mine recently lost his 2nd parent, and it's been pretty tough on him and we're pushing 50 years old. Can't imagine what that's like before you're 20. Makes me want to cry.
