I forgot to brush my teeth this morning... Woke up late because I must have dismissed my alarms instead of snooze. At least I have some wisps at my desk.

Finally went to the gym since moving. I gained around 15 pounds. Holy shit

time to to find low calorie edibles I guess…

Well, I might take off work on Friday, I guess. Have to pick up my brother and his wife from the airport Thursday night, and they'll stay at our place that evening.
 
tweaked my back playing tennis on Saturday and it has been hurting ever since. Put some topical pain reliever on it and have the heating pad going, but man, getting old sucks
