But he has the wherewithal to throw a 6 yard pass when you need 8.
 
What makes this even worse is Stanford was missing a lot of starters. Their OL was a patchwork. Their best DL was out most of the game.

I am loathe to blame the refs because you should never put it in their hands but they were atrocious. And they missed calls both ways.
