If it was a PCR test today and not a rapid test, the test probably happened yesterday. And teams have tried to put the COVID tests in the morning on the required day. The same thing happened to Mertz (tested 21 positive before a game, with a 21 day ban), and sources close to the program has said he would play against Michigan.
