Some weird stuff going on with this card. Hooker won't arrive in vegas until Thursday because New Zealand is in lockdown and told him...meh. Tough. So he arrives after flying from the other side of the planet, has to weigh in and do face offs. Then fight on Saturday.

Nick Diaz...so yesterday, Nick tells everyone he doesn't want to fight at welterweight. Ask Dana White to change the fight 3 days before. :L Lawler says he doesn't care. Wow. So they fight at Middle Weight.

This guy is a nut job.... :laugh: I have no clue what to expect.

Diaz said he resents the sport that made him rich and famous. He said he was forced to come back to fight. He complained about being booked for a rematch with Robbie Lawler on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena on the main card of UFC 266 and groused he’s not fighting champion Kamaru Usman, even though Diaz hasn’t fought since Jan. 30, 2015.

“All the people around me and all the money and the sponsors, they won’t let me get away from fighting,” Diaz said.

I wish Lawler wasn't washed, and could get some payback, but I just don't see it.

I agree that lawler is done. His last win was against ... Cowboy. :L

Diaz though is something to behold after 6 years. Now that doesn't mean he can't fight. But he lost his last three fights...the last one 6 years ago against a 39 year old Anderson Silva.

Now he acts like he isn't interested in fighting lawler because this isn't a title fight. He's been hit in the head to many times.

Decent fights that included a 15 second KO. Nick Diaz ... I guess he was taken for everything he had, so he's broke. He looked like a broke man last night. Good on Robbie Lawler.

That f'n Volkanovski is a beast. I hate him. I was so hoping Ortega would take him out. That was a great fight though. The judges scores do not reflect how close Volkanovski was to losing.

The bullet is an assassin. A cold blooded killer.

He quit. Never would have thought Nick Diaz would be out of shape, slow AF, and he fucking quit.

At first I thought maybe he hurt his leg and that's why he wasn't getting up. He was holding his leg and so I thought maybe he hurt it and would need a stretcher to leave the octagon ala McGregor....

Nope! He sprang up on it and was fine afterwards. So he just quit in the fight, like a pussy.


His post fight interview confirmed that he hasn't got more than two working brain cells left.....
