I’d put Baylor in before UGA if I had a vote. They play different schedules. You have to honor the conference title unless there’s an egregious difference.

They don’t want a rematch, at least in semi. Also THEY (college football playoff committee) believe UGA is a top 2 team.
Personally I think your points on Georgia missing have merit. But they’ll never leave them out, you and I both know that eljex.

they aren't going to have the same teams play back to back games. If Georgia would have won -- Bama would have been 3rd, Cincy 4th. (Since Okie State lost -- there was no deserving for the top 4)
Since Georgia lost -- they will drop to 3, Cincy will be 4th, Alabama will move to 1.
Now if Michigan loses, then it is a free for all LMAO.

Even if UM loses they arent going to have a rematch back to back. You are definitely right about that. It just guarantees bama at 1 and UGA plays Cincy at 2 and 3.

Best case scenario for UM was chalk today and having Georgia, UM, Cincy and Okie State win. UM would have played either Cincy or Okie State in the semi.
Worst case scenario is Bama beating Georgia, as UM will have to beat Georgia, then Bama to win a title. Don't see that happening.
