USFL RB cut after ordering pizza instead of chicken salad

I'm ok with firing someone for being rude.
 
Rude people at my work get reprimanded then slapped. We don't play that shit.

You kidding? I'd have never finished a job if I was nice to other contractors and the help the union hall sent out. I prefer to call it being direct.
 
Potato salad would have solved this problem before it even started, I hope that a lesson was learned by all :noidea:

Direct is ok. Rude isn't. If someone is sucking at their job and you tell them, that's fine. No idea what this guy did to the cafeteria worker, but if it was rude just for the sake of showing off or being an ass...can him.
