UT bout to upgrade at RB

There’s a reason Bama and UGA both rejected this 5 star RB when he was in HS. Tread carefully
 
Seems to have OK stats at TCU. He must have still been splitting time or the backup to someone else with less than 100 carries this year. But his YPC average is excellent.
 
That would be a good pickup for Josh. Yall want Eric Grey back?

That article says he signed a letter of intent with Georgia. Then asked to be released.

sounds like he rejected Georgia.

I hear that but this is going to be a one season rental. If you need a RB, this kid should be on the top of the list
 
Dude is a head case.
 
He had issues in HS but by all accounts he has been fine at the college level. He is a stud RB and will make the Vols all the more dangerous when he gets in that offense.

If he doesn’t go to Knoxville then it’s obvious he still has mental issues and “do not want”..

They outperformed everyone’s expectations this year and there’s more hype around the program now than there has been since Lane Kiffin was their coach.

On paper before the season, this should have been a 3 win team. They’ve got some good players
 
The dude appears to be impressed with Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss. You know Kiffin trashed everything about Knoxville on their visit.

I’d be a little more worried about him heading to Ole Miss if they hadn’t just lost their OC tbh

There WILL be an adjustment period where JP’s guys leave and JH’s guys make up the roster and that may well lead to some more less than desirable seasons in the short term but I think you could see at least offensively the potential that the offense can be with the right players. Hooker was a nice surprise but he still doesn’t have that “total package” that will make the offense as potent as it can be. There were several plays this year where big gains were there but Hooker just didn’t have quite enough speed to break it, ya have to believe JH is looking for that guy who can moving forward and with a RB like this… just that much better.
