I list the rookies out of respect for their performances and numbers.

However, I think that with the way the veterans are playing, the MVP will be a veteran player listed.

Discuss, please. Sam Darnold is the dark horse.

John had been good but I have to go with Barkley.

Fun fact: I went to the PGA championship this year and was stationed in a spot very few were in on the 5th hole rough where most were generally hitting their second shot. Tiger's group was coming up so more people showed up. We started to get word that Barkley was in Tiger's entourage. Sure enough he shows up and hangs out right in front of us. I have him a "go birds" and we fist bumped. I nerded out a bit and barely noticed Tiger.

Biased vote for JD5. Could be an 8 win turnaround from 4-12 with basically the same cast on offense from last year. He is him

It’s Allen and it shouldn’t be close. Philly has won games with Hurts if Saquon wasn’t getting it done. Lamar has Derrick Henry carrying the load. The Bills aren’t winning shit if Allen isn’t carrying them. He’s the most valuable by far.

statistically it's easily Jackson, but based on that criterion he should not have been MVP last year.

I voted for my homeboy Burreaux but I honestly think it will be awarded to Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen.

I know some have said the win/lose record of the candidates for MVP does not come into the decision but I'm sure it actually does.

And honestly, I don't have a problem with either of them, Jackson or Allen, being awarded MVP. Both played really good this season.

Does he have better stats than Burrow?
I think statistically it's really Burrow.
gonna be honest...Burrow has been so absent in the general convo that i completely forgot about him. he's 1st in passing yards and TDs. if it were a true "player of the year" award then you should go with him.

I did.

But as I said their record of win/losses is probably in play....even though everyone is saying it isn't.

I say Darnold or Goff. Both were basically castaways that are leading their teams to elite records. Poor Arnold doesn't even get his name spelled right.

Homer alert.

They have an outside chance of making the playoffs. If the broncos and dolphins both lost tomorrow then Burrow suddenly is probably mvp.
