I fucked up the brown rice last night. I haven't mastered brown rice just yet.

The chicken and veggies came out really good though...just not the rice...

don't see how one can mess up rice, suppose a rice cooker does simplify things.

I cook it in the microwave, comes out fine...at least white rice does.

Brown rice you have to do 10 mins on high then 20 at 50% power...and I think the water to rice ratio is different.
 
Pork chops in wine sauce w baked green beans. Had rice the night before w my firecracker meatballs. Was fine.
 
watched The Tinder Swindler last night. Not bad...I think my favorite part was that you just knew his Richard Mille watches were going to be fake.

Flight to vegas booked. Was going to go weekend of final 4, but flights went up big time, so am now going few weeks later to get to a beer fest. In my searches, I'm going from Fri-Mon but during my searching i checked out Th-Sun and when I booked, forgot to move return flight to Monday. Was pissing me off that 9am or later flight was so expensive so flew home at 6 am. Noticed this morning I booked Sunday return instead of Monday and was able to change it to Monday and a 930 return flight for same price
 
My take-away this morning is @ill isn't equitable to rice of color
