McDaniel is a massive geek that says fuck every other word in an attempt to be cool but the guy knows his stuff and schemes as well as anyone. I get the impression one on one he does a great job relating to the players and getting buy in but his group talks are about as inspiring as a rock. If you could merge McDaniel as the brains and Dan Campbell as the motivator you would have the perfect NFL coach.
