morning

gave blood yesterday...only took an hour 45 minutes to get done....they were short on qualified nurses. Luckily the one who stuck me knew what she was doing and hit the vein.

then played 9 holes of golf...then went and played some tennis.

had some weird fucking dreams last night...I usually can't remember my dreams but did last night for the most part.

tough night sleeping here. bed at midnight, up at 5:30 for no reason.

The weather is nuts. Was telling my wife over the weekend that I probably hadn't worn shorts outside on my birthday since I moved home after college.
 
Got grocery shopping out of the way this morning. We pick up our first box from the fall CSA today, too.
 
morning all. Icy snow here. Waiting for mid morning when it warms up a bit

Curling tonight. Last week I was in jeans and a long sleeve shirt. Week later we'll have snow and I'll be bundled up in gloves, hat, etc
 
For some reason I always like to cut it close at airports. Undefeated, so far
 
The main bridge that crosses 75 into Kentucky from Ohio had a major semi accident and may not reopen

Gonna be an epic disaster if thats the case.

They've been talking about replacing that for like 20 years

You can get around taking 275 but eventually everyone will

I've only had one close call. I almost timed it perfectly, but the one tv with my gate assignment was behind a fake tree (no joke) and took me a few minutes to figure out my gate since my ticket said TBD. This was ~2005 and airports still relied on CRT TV's stationed in odd spots. Got to my gate right as they started boarding main cabin

Worst was one time when I got to the gate as they were boarding.... After a delay. Definitely would have missed if the delay didn't happen
