That Bama got cheated out of the game by the officials. It’s a shame too that the officials would make a great historical rivalry game about them.

A blatant missed targeting.

A bullshit PI call after Bama got the game clinching INT.

Trying everything in their power to give Tennessee a 5th down.

This is all off the top of my head too I’m sure their are plenty more I’m forgetting. Sankey definitely put the fix in because of the outside shot of getting 3 SEC teams in the playoffs.

After UGA had to beat Bama and the refs in the NCG, I have no sympathy

Also, Tyler Simmons wasn’t offsides when he blocked that punt in 2017
 
I don't give many bullshit ratings out, but, man, if I could give you ten more for this crap I would.

The refs made bad calls for both teams and only a blind homer would say differently.

The PI in the end zone against Tenn was very suspect, it looked like the Bama player grabbed the Tenn by the shoulder and dragged him down on top of him.

No targeting calls were made and there was one or two I thought they would have called against Bama too.

Not even reviewing what looked like a very obvious catch where the ball hit the ground in the end zone. Now maybe the receiver had control but not even looking at it?

I will never cry about not getting a "technically targeting" call. Not even for my team. That rule is garbage.

The only time it should be called is if it's obvious the player maliciously went helmet to helmet.

Didn't happen in this game.

The truth is, the Bama dynasty is finally over. Saban has gotten too old to get it done. His mental cognitive abilities are slow, his staff is outdated and Bama’s players are undisciplined and … just plain dumb.
Ya hate to see it because it’s been a heluva run but… time to move on.

I agree with that. Same thing happened to Bryant. He was smart enough to step away when it started to happen in 1981 and 1982. Time for Nick to retire.
 
Bama's defense cost them that game. They gave up more points than any other team in the past century.

That ain't on the officials. It's on Saban for keeping that inept buffoon of a defensive coordinator on staff, and so long as he does Bama has more losses on the docket vs. teams with halfway-competent offenses.
 
Seriously, how do you make this post the next morning after having a chance to calm down/sober up?

I could see making it shortly after the game in the heat of the moment.

The defense put the game away but the officials dropped a bogus ass PI flag way late, like Ohio St/Miami late.
