They were both of the early country-rock genre. The latter Byrds, Flying Burrito Brothers, The Eagles, and, yes, Kenny Rogers and the First Edition

Well, I was born in the 90’s, so I never bought any records and wouldn’t know how to play them if I did. I was gifted The Rolling Stones album with the banned cover. I hang it on my wall.

But, I have never bought any music from Kenny Rogers.
