What program has done the most with less?

What program has done the least with great talent?

What program is managing their great talent the best?

1. Washington (26th in the 247 talent composite)

2. Texas A&M (4th in the 247 talent composite)

3. Michigan (14th in the 247 talent composite) Georgia and Ohio State probably have better rosters but I feel like both programs could take it to another level.

1. Might be Tennessee TBH I mean yea QB1 has a rocket launcher arm but has never been mistaken for a quality starter and his football IQ and decision making STILL leave a TON to be desired. Injuries to lineman and skill players have hurt depth yet.. there they are with one brain fart loss and ranked so..

2. USC, returning Heisman winning Superman QB, dynamic skill guy to go with, an off-season to recruit/scheme/make staff changes to help the wretched defense and maybe slow the offense down a bit to help the defense and… Woody continues to Woody , all gas and no brakes and.. no quality wins when SC needs em most.

3. Texas, yea they dropped the RRS but that’s forgivable, particularly with OU being as good as they are so far this year. All of the other goals are still achievable for the Perennial king of the under achievers.
