It’s was raining pretty good here yesterday and there was car on the interstate going painfully slow and as we passed they were leaned way up looking at the windshield.

It was obvious they needed new windshield wipers and couldn’t see because their worn out ones couldn’t do the job. If they were that bad then that person knew it was an issue and chose not address it. That should be a ticket and caning.

I’m big proponent that Taiwan does it right and there should be public canings here in the states.

The drivers of both vehicles should've had their licenses revoked and forced to re-take all the written and behind-the-wheel tests teens have to take from ground zero - all on their own dime - if they ever want to legally drive on public roads again.

Long straight shot, no passing lane. I’m still using it.

I leave the house at 4:15 AM, get home around 5:30 PM. Ain’t no school traffic when I’m on the road. It’s mostly just me and chicken trucks in the mornings
