Entering today, Judge has 25 homers on the season, the Tigers have 31, and the Tigers only have two homers the entire month of June.

Realistically, there’s no chance a player can out homer a team in the modern era, right?

I doubt it. I'm not going to do more research than a few clicks, but from the few seasons I looked at, almost every team has hit at least 70 homers in a season going back into the 80s. The fact that the Tigers might put up some historic low for homers should still be pretty impressive, though. Gotta be at least a 40-year low.

It definitely won’t happen.

The last MLB team to hit fewer than 50 homers were the 1979 Astros who hit 49. Dave Kingman was one homer shy of matching them

That's not that big of a deal ... Jose Ramirez (not a very fast guy and not really thin) may out-steal the Tigers. This offense is sad.

That’s not as surprising with stolen bases being down league wide and three outcome baseball being all the rage. Austin Meadows was a 30 homer guy in 2019 and he has none this year

I do remember him hitting one to the warning track ... I really don't know how it can be this bad.

Been disappointing for sure. I picked the Tigers as a WC team before the season

Why would you do that?
They had a strong second half last season with some young pieces I’m still high on. Thought this would be the year they start contending again in a weak AL Central. Twins and Guardians have been significantly better than I expected, White Sox have been worse

No chance.

But health withstanding I due think Judge + Stanton could be a legit run at it.

Obviously I don’t really think a player will out homer an entire team over the course of the season, but several players might out homer the Tigers this month

Miggy hitting one of the emptier .300 averages you'll ever see. Only a .336 OBP and .369 SLG%. Out of 70 hits, he has only ten extra base hits (7 doubles and 3 home runs).
