76% of Oregon's roster is 4-5* guys. The team with the highest % of Blue Chip recruits. Not Alabama, not Georgia...............................it is Ohio State at 90%.

To put it in perspective the huge difference between Michigan and Ohio State -- Michigan was at 54% last year when we won the national title.

76% and 90% is close enough for coaching to be the difference
 
Not a week 7 lol, but one nonetheless. Almost all ACC teams will go to a bowl game, except for the team that thought/thinks it was too good for the ACC. Yeah, you know who you are.
