Their futures look to have pay cuts in them real soon.

And they seem to be really good Coaches.

Who goes first

The HC will prob be fine , it’s the staff is where the lack of money is really gonna hurt IMO and yes I too believe that some of these “name” coaches will be shipping out for greener (pun intended) pastures in P5 conferences over what will be a G5 (albeit a fun watch/entertaining G5) conference in the new Big12.

Looks like Gundy is putting up a really good 'Interview Season', being undefeated and all.

Mel Tucker makes a lot of sense to me.

I don’t think they want Aranda.

My list in order would be:

Kiffin
M. Stoops
Campbell
Napier

No need for more names they get one of these guys.

I wouldn't mind if Aranda came back. I don't know if they want him back

Gundy and Campbell can stay where they are. Aranda, yes, but he just got to Baylor. Would he want to leave so soon?
The guys at Ark. or Kentucky would be ok. I said this in another post, but what about Shaw at Stanford?
Ole Miss can keep Kiffin. Napier? Those G5 hotshots haven't worked well lately. Not worth a shot.

You would be ok with Sam Pittman but not Matt Campbell?

If you want to go Arkansas then go Kendal Briles the OC but Pittman? No

You would be nuts not to grab Kiffin if he would come.

Gundy vs Campbell 'interview' this weekend.

Jimbo Fisher. 10 million a year, 10 years.

I can't see any athletic departments from the Orphaned 8 NOT having to reduce expenses significantly once the current deal runs out. BYU will bring some revenue to the table but I just don't see Cincy, Houston and UCF bringing in the balance.

But hey, my daughters always thought there was a money tree somewhere and have passed that thought on to my grandkids. Maybe there is one.

Believe it or not, and even after the Bama upset win, some of the old guard aggies around here wouldn't be real upset to see him leave. They've voiced such...except they've thought his move would be to the NFL. Now the young guard aggies, not so much. They are 100% in on Jimbo.

The mighty Aggies are undefeated and a decided dog against Iowa State? The bookies know Jr's history in big games. I won't be surprised if Gundy gets rolled.

Yep. They are better at playing the spoiler role than the spoilee...ala raining on old Artie boy's team when they rolled into Stillwater late in the season and undefeated.

And, btw, they are the "Imposter Aggies". The real aggies are in BCS. You know, the Sand Aggies are in Lubbock, the BIble Aggies are in Waco, etc.

Iowa State has been favored in all 7 games this season.

3 of the games by 28 or more. The results have been mixed with the Cyclones going 3-3 ATS, covering @ UNLV, vs. Kansas and @ K-State and not covering vs. UNI, Iowa and @ Baylor. However, they have coverred and looked sharp in 3 out of their last 4 games after their typical sluggish start.

I'm not a gambler, but I wouldn't touch an ISU line with a ten foot pole this year.
