But seriously, and I say this as a guy that likes Chris Stapleton, but his version of Tennessee Whiskey is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. George Jones and David Allan Coe both did the song right. Stapleton tried to turn it into some lame ass R&B slow jam, and it doesn’t work

Other than that, anyone other than Hank 3 that covered Hank Sr shit the bed by default
