I have a cousin (much older than me - in his late 50’s) who always gives the worst gifts. As a kid he gave me an ash tray (said it was a coin tray), a spice rack, a lug nut set and promotional t-shirt from Mary Kay Cosmetics (which his wife at the time sold).

My brother got a used crockpot as a wedding gift. It was in the original box that was worn by about 10 years from the look of it and they found some crusted food residue on it.

I’ll give him credit because he cleaned it like a mofo and got ten more years out of it.
