Arkansas is apparently incredibly proud of last season. The Razorbacks finished the regular season 6-6 and beat 6-6 Kansas in the Liberty Bowl to close out the year 7-6. It was by all metrics and measurements a very average year. By definition, when you’re around .500, you’re average. In America, being mediocre doesn’t generally get rewarded.

Well, that is unless you’re a member of the 2022 Arkansas Razorbacks team.

The Razorbacks aren’t just happy with going 7-6, but are so happy the team will get rings for beating a .500 Kansas team in the Liberty Bowl. Nothing says having high expectations as a program like rewarding finishing one game above .500.

What an embarrassment.

Add Georgia to the list:

And North Carolina won half of a conference championship too, kind of. It finished in a three-way tie for the Coastal Division title. So, one-third of a half of a conference championship. 16.7 percent. The Tar Heels' ring proudly says their record on the side: "8-4."

Yeah, that’s pretty f’n lame.

Especially considering Arky almost lost the bowl game cuz they choked away a 25 pt lead and let it go to OT.

I can barely remember they were in a bowl game at this point.

I mean, I guess I can understand winning your division, breaking a long bowl drought, or sweeping your instate neighbors. Or whatever.

But Arky just set the gold standard for cringey lameness.

Well, I would post the ring LSU made for coming in #2 in the country in 2012 but it appears the school has scrubbed the internet of the abomination:

All this ain't as bad as your school claiming a championship from way back when.. and nobody alive from those teams are around

Awkward but not really an abomination.

The only abomination there was UAL getting a do-over and CFB fans everywhere got robbed.
