Yearbook Controversy

I am a parent and I don't understand why parents would care. I guess it depends on how "altered" the picture was, but didn't they just get rid of cleavage? I see no issue with that.
 
Don't you think that the school gives themselves the right of final say??

Did they alter the pictures or just crop them.?.
 
Sex sells... What's wrong with parents...
