Sausage and sage cornbread dressing
Butternut squash mac and cheese
Marinated green beans
Roasted Brussels sprouts and chestnuts
Homemade Parker house rolls
Giblet gravy
Pecan pie

Get your sweatpants ready.

Going to do something small and basic bitch basic. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, banana pudding, rolls.

sage gravy
mashed taters
sage-sausage and apple stuffing
cheese onions (You. Don't. Even KNOW!)
roasted brussels with bacon, pecans and dried cranberries with cranberry balsamic drizzle
rolls
apple and pecan pies.

That all sounds delicious, but for Brussels sprouts.....My wife loves them but not I.

We've already had our Thanksgiving up here so my next turkey will be Xmas.
 
I do and have since 1979, take every US Turkey day off as what used to be my "one religious holiday". The Friday too. Now with PVRs I might be talked into not wasting a vacation day. Especially the way Dallas is.

I love that day, hate that it trims down the Sunday schedule, but que sera sera.

I will still record the games, fake working (cause I'm at home!!!) for a while and then start around 3 PM and get through all by 9

I used to love Madden's Turduckens but these days I watch no festivities.

Just football me.

About half my family has tRona right now.

One side cancelled, both hosts tested positive. Other side was supposed to be at my place, im lockin the doors.

Plus, the local WalMart is closed(COVID took over like Gremlins) so my Meijer has been decimated by dirties. Maybe there will be groceries by Christmas.
