This has to be one of the dumbest arguments I've seen. Where to start...

1. Do I go around my city picking up trash? No. But I'll pick up trash around my area off the ground.
2. I bitch about litter, and I don't litter...Seems like not littering in the first place is the better solution.
3. That line of reasoning for why someone should or should not care about littering makes zero sense.

I feel the helium shortage, which is real hasn’t been mentioned enough.

Start a better tradition. We UGA fans get drunk and pick fights before every game, doesn’t hurt the environment and everyone has a good time

When i go out fishing I take a bag with me to pick up all the garbage I come across. Seems just unnecessary to release 80,000 balloons 7 times a year in the fall, even if they biodegrade in a few years.

it's not an argument. I am not claiming that anyone should or should not care about littering, you are, I don't give a fuck.

If littering is a big issue for you, then shut the fuck up and start picking shit up. The whole 'but I don't litter' bullshit is just that. If its the hill you want to die on, then do something about it or shut the fuck up

Wife, kid, and I go out every other Saturday to do trash pickup events. There is an entire org here that runs it. Some months we only go out once.
But that means we don't have littered and nasty streets all over town. Everything is clean, maintained, and looks civilized.

We don’t lose fights, buddy. If anything, the unofficial UGA fan motto of “we might not win the game, but we will damn sure whip your ass in the parking lot” doesn’t work as much in recent years
