Reviewing my own work is like 50% of my job. I fail at it about 75% of the time tho.

I mean....I reviewed it when I wrote it.

Operating procedures for tasks I do make sense to me, and that's why I wrote them that way. But they might not make sense to someone else, which is why other people should be reviewing them.
