247’s top 20 QB’s for the 2022 season

OU may have had some good offensive stats but they weren’t as good as advertised. It was more on reputation. You do know they didn’t make it to the Big 12 CCG last year, don’t you?
I do. Back to my point ... name a WR on our team. Why the double standard?

Those two would be the closest.
I think you’d be pretty surprised at just how much of the offensive production game from 3 freshmen, two of them 3 star, one of them only a 3 star because UGA offered him, was a no star before that, none of them ranked in the top 100 on the 247 composite.

On offense, yes. I mean our offense we was ranked about 9th-ish, that would mean there were at least 8 teams better than UGAs.

Without looking, name one of our WRs from last year.

I am not really sure why you are pounding this. No one ever looks at the best players, who are often on the better teams, and says "that guy really isn't very good - if you put him at Duke he'd suck. So why the double standard? I'll say it again ... Stetson won't win the Heisman, but that he isn't in the top 25 lists when you have QBs who haven't ever started a game, is absurd.
Think UGA offense had the most talent that was hampered by the QB leading it
I’d argue Bama and Ohio State were pretty close if you go by recruiting rankings.
No.. UGA was clearly the most talented roster last year.. which is why all the preseason talk was if Kirby can't do it this year, when?

A white guy named Ladd and a 3 star true freshman were two of the top WR’s on the team.

yeah but what about every other position?
Had 3 star d lineman drafted in the first round. A walk on QB. The biggest weapon on offense was a true freshman TE that wasn’t a top 100 prospect

First, we had the most offensive talent? You don't keep up with UGA football if you think that. Defense, hell yeah. Offense, you have to be kidding me. Our OL was in flux all season when we lost our starting LG in the first set of downs against Clemson. We had our WR1, 2 and 3 out almost all year. Against Clemson in the first game our top 3 receivers were freshman, one a true freshman. Were we talented ... sure, we've recruited well. But the idea we had the most O talent is just wrong.

Explain how this QB hampered the offense:
National rankings:
#3 - YPA - 9.97 (3rd best in UGA history)
#4 - Pass Efficiency - 176.69 (1st best in UGA history)
#3 - QBR - 86.7 (2nd best in UGA history, 41st all-time CFB)

QB sucked.. imagine if y'all had a real QB .. say Justin Fields behind that

Didn't know about the injuries but on papers UGA was the most talented roster.. think 247 did a write up about it last summer.
