Deion is eligible the rules just say games started for a team. 63 regular season starts for the Falcons and 2 play off starts. Pro football reference counts them separate. You have to click play offs for their play off stats. The rules don’t state regular season starts

In my defense I literally never scrolled far enough to see the 48 game per position restriction. I read all the restrictions at the top and you snuck that there at the bottom.
