Another team in Dallas?

I don’t blame the mayor as he just wants a team that can finally win some playoff games.

Dallas doesn't even support the cowturds. I have been to that monstrous stadium, 1/2 the people were wearing the other teams jerseys. You would never see that at an Eagles game.
Does JerryWorld even have its own jail?

Because Dallas is easy to get to, stadium is nice, visitors feel safe, and there is entertainment to be had in Dallas. none of that is in PHL.

Another team? it would be the only team in dallas.

The cowboys HQ and training facilities are 20 min away to the north. The stadium is about as far away but to the west. They haven't played their home games within the dallas city limits for over 50 years.

That said, I'm happy the whole cowboys circus is outside in the burbs. I do wish the Rangers had placed their new stadium near downtown though. Would have been pretty nice.

Rangers have been in Arlington for nearly 30 years and they still haven't figured out how to do the highways to get people in and out. Cowboys have made it worse. Don't want that in downtown Dallas. Mavs can only put 1/4 the number of fans the Cowboys can and around the AAC is a nightmare on game nights for Mavs/Stars.

I'm just nostalgic for the thought of a baseball stadium near downtown. Went to a Cards game in STL several years back and have wanted a similar situation in Dallas ever since.

No public transit in or out of the stadiums in arlington...which makes sense considering the city is recouping their money. 20min drive from downtown turns into an hour+ easily. Zaps any desire i might have to attend a game in person. I'll go to a CFB game at the stadjum if the Buckeyes are playing or a Cowboys game if i'm gifted tickets and going with a crowd. Otherwise, the hassle just isn't worth it for a neutral like myself.

In Phila, the fans support their team. We buy tickets to show that support. Watch how soon the turds disappear from the public when they start losing.

30 years?

Are you too young to remember the first, shitty stadium?

Reason is no sane person wants to go anywhere near Filthy

No, and we aren't searched for batteries when we enter the Death Star either.

Hate to correct you but Eagles fans aren’t searched for batteries when they enter the stadium either. They are handed out to fans upon entry.
