As do I in the “plain Jane” department.
Others in that category for me:
Alabama
Army (LOVE their traditional black n gold Unis, VERY underrated IMO)
Notre Dame and the gold helmet.

The “flashy” or more eye catching for me:
I like Orange so

Tennessee’s orange is fantastic
Clemsons are great too
Florida’s Orange and blue
I also like the LSU combos
I used to like Syracuse uni’s back in the plain orange helmet with a stripe days but not so much anymore.
Michigan used to have a better combo with the blue masks, that gray is garbage and looks generic.
USC’s chrome masks are tight IMO.
Oregon’s old unis (early 90’s ish) were great, not wild about the new/ever changing stuff these days.
 
I like the new Tennessee Home Uniform
It's an Alt though, so probably another thread.
