No shit though, Kirby looks like he’s aged 20 years since he took over in 2016.
 
Kirby is not going anywhere. Sure he has bone-headed moves at times but he tends to produce 10-11 win teams every year. He would have to majorly collapse. Not sure what Georgia fans want? He just won a title.

You could have hired Jeremy Pruitt, Derek Dooley, or Butch Jones...
 
This is just stupid because where was Kirby going to go? There are only 2 conferences that are even candidates and he is jumping to the B1G.

In the SEC there are probably 6 jobs that would even be candidates:

Alabama
Georgia
Florida
LSU
Auburn
Tennessee
aTm

Of those aTm, LSU are locked down long term and he ain’t jumping to Auburn or Tennessee.

They have to be worried about Bama coming after him but at 12 million a year for 10 years?

If they fire him in year 5 they are on the hook for 60 million.
 
He'll probably get UGA another title or 2. I don't see the issue with this. He'll probably be considered a bargain at that price in about 5 years anyway, with the way coaches salaries have skyrocketed in the last 4/5 years. 11.5 million to be in contention basically every year, seems like good value to me.

Yup, if coaches like Franklin and Tucker are getting $10 million a year, Smart is a bargain at an average of $11 million.
 
You have weird nightmares if it includes winning national championships. Go back and look at 2008 Michigan to see what realized nightmares look like.
