Yeah this.

We have the fire Gundy crowd (a little quieter after the NYD win fwiw) and it frustrates me. When I was in school we went to 0 bowls. Now we are upset if we go 8-4 and make a crappy bowl. For a guy who went to games in rustolium stadium to watch teams like Kansas State or Texas A&M (total cuck school) kick our ass to the downside of our season was beating ND in a NYD bowl, I'm cool.

We go to bowl games every year. Sometimes it's kinda ok but sometimes it's a really big one. We were literally a yard from getting our asses kicked by Bama in a playoff game and when they expand we will literally find a season where we get our asses kicked by Bama. Some of y'all will laugh but this is our upside in the current environment. Hell maybe we make a run-it's sports so anything is possible.

But on the flip side you have someone who is a fan of the defending national champion. And the argument is his standard is the thing we didn't in the last 40 years that happened last year needs to happen again or I'm done.

Yeah that's stupid.
