Different things work for different people.
What I consider crap may not be what you consider crap, and vice-versa.
I eat gluten, I eat carbs, and I eat sugar.
I don't eat fast food, never really have, I don't drink soft drinks, other than an occasional Coke, and I don't eat meat (not that I consider it crap, I just don't eat it).
