Good morning good people. Well it's the first Monday in October. Only 29 days until the first Tuesday in November.

Not a great weekend of football for me. When the Browns and the Cowboys play it's always win-lose for me. Texas lost and my high school lost, and my adopted Texas HS lost. Yuck. I still have LeBron and the Dodgers, and the Yankees are still in it also. Would love to see a Yankee-Dodger World Series.

The wife is back in the hospital again. She has some kind of infection. No, not Covid. It's being treated.

Thought for the day: The Supremes are back. Too bad it isn't the group with Diana Ross.

I was going to use it as an excuse to skip softball last night to watch the Finals. Glad I didn’t. Not glad that my hands were frozen while pitching and that I still have 2 weeks left. Sure hope it’s warmer.
