Bama Just Lost Their Season

That's a tough break(pun intended). They won't need him vs texas though. Did I just hear that Will Anderson will be going up against a true freshman? If so rip young fella.

Can a 3-loss Alabama still make the CFP?
He'll yes. Best team at end of season, or some shit like that.

3 "close" losses to SEC teams, you can bet ESPN would be pumping them into the conversation. "sometimes the best team doesn't win, Bama just got unlucky those 3 times, they still should be in"

The "they would be undefeated in every other conference!" take as well.

Pray for Ewers 🙏

Transfer portal time?

That's why he's the GOAT tho. He puts the pieces together, gets guys lined up right, and pays attention to detail. He doesn't tolerate sloppy.

He turned Bama around in one season.

The most remarkable thing to me in that entire graphic is just 2 undefeated seasons. To be that good and still lose games shows just how hard it is.

For so long, being undefeated meant everything. It's one of the things I like about the expanded CFP to 12 ... you can have a bad game and still be in it.

At 12 some will be able to have 2 bad games.

Which is ok, because they might have played 2 really good teams once all the conferences start playing tougher IC and OOC schedules. And that team will have to play @the no. 5 or no. 6 team just to move on.

I've always looked at it as late season losses should weigh heavier than early season losses.

A team can be better or worse later in the season than earlier for a number of reasons.

Losing late should have eliminated Nebraska from the NC game in 2001.

As long as they aren't trying to pimp us in after getting 55 dropped on us by an Iowa team that still isn't sure the forward pass is legal, I'll be ok.

Thoughts and prayers.

they lost their season when their manlet of a head coach mouthed off about Texas A&M

its gonna get ugly

Texas A&M 85

What is sick about his record is they have literally held the #1 spot at some point every season he has been at Alabama except 2007 and they have finished in the top 10 every year except 2007 as well.
