Not sure if it was all or not but it was definitely for the plaintiffs, the case ended up encompassing many more tho

@NU_FTW, I think the point that mjfan and others are trying to make is that Washington State did not even make an attempt to address the religious defense.

Had it been entertained and proven that it wasn't serious, they would likely be avoiding a lawsuit right now.

Then they would be more in line with the same as the Illinois hospital system that just lost, if that's what happened

Got it, I started to realize after you posted that you were referring to state and not schools.
