Week 1: Who Better Watch Out?

In all seriousness here, which teams better watch out in week 1? I am not talking about closely ranked matchups. I am talking about the games where this is some teams' first game with new coaches, coordinators, players at skill positions, etc. I don't wanna hear how Notre Dame better watch out for the Buckeyes' wide receivers or how Oregon better watch out for the defending national champs. I am talking like which "media projected inferior team" could rise up and defeat a "media projected superior team"?

Maybe Old Dominion over Virginia Tech? Elon over Vanderbilt? Any chance of Memphis over Mississippi State? Not saying these are the ones I predict. Just examples.

North Carolina look out for App state
Houston look out for UTSA
South Carolina look out for Georgia State

BYU and Houston both have tough road games
ECU over NC State is one to watch as well
Troy over Ole Miss is a possibility.

tbh, i assumed that ECU still sucked until i saw the last two posts. Looked up their record from last year and they were 7-5. Not bad.
