I can agree with that. Nebraska's issues are as much mental as they are physical.

The right coach could turn the Huskers around into an (8-4)/(9-3) type team next season. Likely not a 'Win the West' type of team, but not the embarrassment we've had since the Riley hire.

The problem going forward is that recruiting is beginning to suffer. Nebraska's own home grown talent doesn't even stay home anymore. There was a huge drop off following last season's (3-9) campaign. I expect the 2023 class to be even worse now.

2018: 23rd
2019: 17th
2020: 20th
2021: 20th
2022: 41st
2023: ???

No you are very upfront that you struggle because the whole team sucks, and the staff are racists.
