I need to get myself out of bed earlier so I can have a proper breakfast during the week. Got used to interrupted sleep at night, but Little Guy has been sleeping through the night lately, so I shouldn't have to settle for cereal when I can make myself a pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich for breakfast.

No, it's easy as hell. Brown the sausage, add some flour, then pour in milk and let it thicken.
