That’s quite a magical solution… but I used the new one for a couple days before I realized what was going on and I had already tossed the old one.

I'll be honest. I typed that, then went outside to check on the plants and then the dog wanted to be fed so i was thisclose to being derailed. But i'm not a pussy. I did it. Except for this afternoon's check in/check out. But I'm 97% done. I deserve a treat... a cookie, plaque in the HOF, face on Mt. Rushmore... I dunno - something small to celebrate.

Srs question - is there any state that has my current climate, no income taxes, is within an hour of a large body of water, low property taxes, affordable housing, low crime rates and infrequent natural disasters? I'd like to take my money & run, but I don't think there's anywhere for me to go :pout:

There are tradeoffs.

We have rain here but that means no water problems/droughts. Doesn't get as hot. Beaches, but the water is a lot colder. Cost of living is about the same. Property taxes are about 1%. State legislature is not as crazy.

Short answer is no. There would have to be trade-offs.
