But someone kept mentioning Art Briles and Urban Meyer the other day. Not sure why/how anyone can be okay with either of those two as the team’s HC, but then say “No” to both Hugh Freeze and Deion Sanders.

Alberts needs to to meet with Coach Kleinman at KSU. That guy is recruiting his OL/DL from the midwest, and dips down into TX for skill players.
He can do that at a higher level at Nebraska, especially with CA now in the mix in conference play. His style is made for how BiG west plays football.

That's another reason for Nebraska to make sure they get the right coach. They're now going to have access to one of the richest recruiting grounds in the country, especially for skill players. Those kids aren't going to Nebraska if they don't have coach they believe can get them to the NFL.
