I've sat in that stadium when it was less than 30 degrees and there was a 20 mph wind out of the north with 30 mph gusts The windchill was 10-15 degrees and I froze my ass off. It even spit snow in the second half. The south end of the stadium is wide open so there is nothing to keep the wind from sailing right through the crowd.
