Got oatmeal in my chest hair.

Just gotta get through this week and next until I work 4 day weeks or less the rest of the year. Can't wait. See if I can maybe start or find a side gig on those weekends for some extra $. Payoff the house we live in quicker that way. Hopefully by then the other house will be sold. Probably wishful thinking their.
Taking days off to work. Gross.

Mr. Kobe knows a surgeon who’s wife is such a bitch/gold digger that he uses his days off as a surgeon to moonlight in ER’s. She, meanwhile, has 2 golf club memberships and owns like 5 horses. She sucks....I knew I’d hate her within 5 minutes of meeting her the first time.

I'm not a financial person, but I guess I just don't see the positives for paying off early, other than "no mortgage payment" when interest rates are this low.

Money is locked into home and you're using money that can gain 9-10% interest to reduce your 3-4% interest payments.

I wouldn't neglect retirement in favor of paying off early. But 9-10% gains aren't guaranteed. Living without mortgage payment is a huge expense you no longer need to worry about.

My retirement strategy to retire early includes not having a mortgage payment

My aunt tried to tell me that her cat got a ballot request in the mail. Doh’Kay.

Your parents haven’t met your dog? Haven’t you had Murray for like 6 months?

my mom and step dad live in Arizona and due to current events haven't been traveling. Even before pandemic they'd only come to MN 2-3x year.

Went to rent my lift yesterday, no lift available until Tuesday. So I'm renting it Tuesday and no tree trimming today.

Touch up the paint in the bathroom and reinstall the towel shelves and I guess that's all I'm doing today.

Although I may unbox my new generator and run it, it requires a 5 hour break in.

Our mortgage is basically our only tax deduction. At least for now our financial planner does not think paying it faster is a good idea. With that said, we still have a mortgage’s worth of non-deductible student loans to pay off.

Eww.... No.

I wouldn't date/marry a chick that couldn't pay for her own vacation overseas once in a while

She worked while he was in medical school. Once he was in residency she quit. Mind you, during residency you earn about $40k per year. During that time, she took her car in for a checkup and when he came home from work she had purchased a $50k car. So he had to moonlight even more than he was to make the payment. She’s one of the worst humans I personally know.
