I used to have a monster maul nearly identical to this and it did the trick, even tho it was heavy af to swing it went thru dead wood logs like butter.

Wedding was fun. I got a few Koreans drunk on shine, and the dance floor was lit.

Bride's dad must have had a change of heart or I was fed bad information, he was there and seemed happy and gave a broken English speech.

Only thing that annoyed me is the same thing anywhere I go. A bunch of people that somehow know me when I have no idea who they are. Apparently the woman who was in charge of the wedding went to high school with me and most of the groomsmen, and apparently we were friends with her, but she did not look familiar at all and I don't remember the name, but gave the standard "How been, buddy" after I got a hug and an "OMG Spud, how have you been, I haven't seen you in forever!"

I went thru the same shet back in the mid-late 90's.

I took my FIXED VA loan out in 1987 on the first house I bought and things were going great, until I started getting letters that my mortgage was sold to new lending companies. They never told me many details or as to why it was sold.

I lost count on how many times my mortgage was sold, but I wound up getting screwed in the long run ... to make a long story short.

Pay the phuck attn to the new companies that buy your mortgage and don't be afraid to call them all to grill them as to the whys of the mortgage being sold to new lender.
