I feel this is only true for people who didn’t take care of themselves when they were younger. Hitting 30 was a bitch for me to keep up with where I was at 25. Now, my damned shoulders hurt if I power lift and keeping up my cardio up is almost impossible. It’s over, time to lay down and rot.

I would honestly say you're not wrong that I take care of myself way better now than I did 5-6 years ago. 25 is also when I started marathons en shet and ever since then I've felt way better than before.
