Do you realize this discussion is not who the better coach is, but who is the more overpaid coach?

Mel Tucker is the 5th highest paid coach, and historically has a slightly over a .500 record.

We'd all be so lucky to be paid $9.5m to be 50% proficient at our job.

As stated, Jimbo Fisher owns Mel Tucker in the overpaid coaches category.

Are you telling me that if UT needed a coach tomorrow, and you could either have Jimbo or Mel, that you would choose Mel Tucker?

I realized you had posted inaccuracies that needed to be addressed.

I will continue to check your math in the future, because you clearly cannot be trusted to provide accurate observations or reliable information.

Be better.

The numbers I posted here found online.

The difference between being 20-16 and 35-38 isn't that much of a difference.

So while I'm sure you think you're cute and funny, but you're just showing your ignorance with reading comprehension as this isn't a math issue, as these numbers were pulled from stats, and thus interpreted from that.

How?

Jimbo has an elite class that are all freshman, has a Natty, has a history of huge success.

Mel has...nothing.

It's not even close....

I am going on how both have performed at their current jobs. Jimbo Fisher hasn't done anything in 4 years at A&M.

But would you rather have Jimbo Fisher or Mel Tucker as your HC?

Neither???
But you're avoiding the question, which I guess I understand as it would prove your point mute.

No one in their right mind would choose Mel Tucker over Jimbo. No one.

Yet Mel gets paid more than Jimbo.

So Mel is clearly the most over paid coach in CFB.

No... I really don't want both. I haven't seen enough of Mel Tucker but not a fan of Jimbo Fisher's failures the last 3-4 years. I guess I will go with Mel Tucker. Prefer our current coaching over both.

David Shaw? Stanford's gone 3-9 and 4-8 in their last two full seasons under him after ten consecutive 8+ win seasons (and four top ten finishes) and this season currently isn't looking any better.

Scott frost made 19 million for coaching 3 games this year.

I’m sure I think you’re wrong.

You can stop repeating your wrongness at any time. The sooner the better.

Still no.

Tucker is getting paid almost DOUBLE what Frost was and have achieved a LOT less.

Mel Tucker is the 5th highest paid in country, and has been a head coach for 4 years with a record of.....

20-16
Now 20-17. And .500 in big ten play.
