I was at my cousin's funeral on Tuesday. She was 69. Got diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and within 30 days, she passed. They came up with a plan to treat it. But she had a bad reaction to the chemotherapy and that was it.

In June I went to another cousin's funeral. She had been dealing with health problems for a long time but I had no idea she was going to pass when she did.

Our three families were pretty close when I was growing up. Each had three children. Now down to two.

Looks like a wren. One of the many many types. We have a lot of that type here and that's how and where they will roost.

Last month my step dad's brother passed. He went back for a funeral, on the flight his other brothers wife died, and then while at her funeral, a cousin died. He didn't die at the funeral, but none the less. Flew back for one funeral, and ended up going to 3.

Really sucks about this guy that just passed. Retired fireman of 30 years. Just the best of guys. He has 5 boys, all grown except for one, that's a sophomore in high school. If we were all even a little bit more like him, the whole world would be a better place.

I put kahlua & baileys in my coffee this morning but it didn’t really help my nap sitch since buttheads have been pinging me with nonsense all day. Guess I’m gonna have to gin it up.

Also, while we’re talking about it- I hate 3 game “wild card” games. It should be one and done. Gtfo!
