Meh, the defense has been mediocre anyways. That allows Oregon to keep Dillingham by promoting him. I wouldn't even be mad.
 
If I'm Matt Rhule, I'm not rushing to take any of the open jobs right now (assuming he won't be offered the Wisconsin job). I'd wait til the end of the year and see if anything better opens up.

From what I heard; his buyout was $40 million. He can definitely take his time and wait for offers to roll in.

He gets 40 mil over the next 4 years if he doesn’t take another coaching job. Look for him in the booth until he gets all that money.

My Baylor alum brother in law swears Rhule hated the recruiting aspect of college. But, my brother in law thinks he knows it all so he may be all wet....he has been before with his blowhard mouth.

That said, I think all of us could live the rest of our days on $40 million. Well, except my youngest daughter. She should have married Bill Gates' kid.

but also we dont know where that leads. he isnt leaving oregon to go coach William Jewell

How the hell does an Oregon Duck know about William Jewell? One of my 42 partners played football there back in the early 70s!
 
Rhule was not a good fit for the NFL. He belongs in college. He should have many offers

He does hate the recruiting part -- it is the reason he chose Baylor over Oregon as his last college job, as he wanted recruits local and within driving distance and Baylor provided many more than Oregon.
