TV Series Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon

I like you Al. And in case you were in search of this guy...

No clue who that is or why it's relevant.

Yeah Got had hardly any action until the later seasons. It wasn't until that battle of kings Landing or whatever it was called near the end of the second season where there was any action for really the first time in that show.

Come on...We had a mystery in the North that was played out and some kid who everyone could feel for was beheaded by a king.

We have the mystery of the Lanisters....two of them. One ... who killed the King and two was why all of these skinny blonde haired babies when dad is this big burly dark haired fat fuck?

King Robert Dies and throws a party with the pig that killed him.

Ned Stark is arrested and imprisoned. His son starts sounding the drums of war. A real war. Not fag kids fighting.

Not to be scared off, King Jeoffrey has Ned Stark beheaded.

And off in some far away land is a group of bad asses, fucking like animals and getting ready to marry a Queen who goes on to rule the planet.

And you say nothing happened until the latter seasons? pfffffft.

House of dragons sucks balls compared to GOT. Any season of GOT is 10 X better than this garbage. A kid lost his eye. Oh MY !!!

Wake me when something really happens.

you are definitely one of those Fast/Furious fans.

get fucked

I did wonder about the purse of money that went with the tea...like how would that get to anyone if she was dead.
I think they did their typical sleight of hand. Later Daemons past….wife(?) was in a scene talking to someone about Dyana. Said she disappeared.

Not sure what that’s about…but there could be something later due to this very small character.

I liked the first one. After that, DDSS. Let me know when this thing becomes even 1/10th what GOT was.

Or it's someone overthinking things
Mean queen.
Gives glass of shit.
Girl is a major liability.
Never see character again.
Friend of girl gets what looks like a sympathy hug.
Not really overthinking.

I mean overthinking that she is going to come back and be something

So, just more shitty directing and storytelling. Ok.
You sound….surprised?

That or a tease.

I mean….either way it is a tease. But is it teasing at anything tangible? I’m doubtful. It was almost a throw away character, except we are all talking about it.

I don't know, I wrote that chick off. It told me that Aegon is a dick who cheats on his wife and that the Queen is willing to do what it takes to keep that quiet.

Talking about action. You're naming things that occurred off screen like Robert getting gouged by the boar. I'm not saying the lack of action in the early seasons of Game of Thrones is a bad thing, those seasons are great. But it certainly wasn't an action filled show early on. Biggest moment of actual action in the first season would have to be Jamie and the King's Guard arresting Ned and then Jon Snow saving the Lord Commander killing the whatever zombie thing.

Season 1 of House of the Dragon has been filled with action compared. You had a very violent knight tournament in episode 1 that is split with a violent child birth. Episode two not much action except for our first real Dragon scene with Rhaenyra standing off with Daemon for the egg he took. Episode 3 we have an entire battle scene to end the episode where Deamon takes down like 20 guys on his own. Episode 5 you had Cirston bashing the gay guys head in. Episode 7 you had an entire taming the largest dragon in the world scene followed by what was actually a tense fight between kids that ended in one having a knife slit through his eye.

Season 1 of GoT had a MUCH smaller budget than future season would have.

I read about this after the episode where Viscerys kills the deer. The whole hunt episode. Contrasting how grand this hunt was and Robert only got two guys in the woods with him briefly.

For me the question is….did Alicent do exactly what it took to keep that quiet or did she pity the girl and give her plan B tea, some money and left her with her promise not to tell anyone?

And, if so, does this come back to bite her on the ass.

Daemon's former mistress Mysaria is known as the White Worm because she runs a spy ring in King's Landing. This was previously shown back in episode 4.

The person talking to Mysaria in the most recent episode, episode 8, was Alicent's maid Talya. The point of that scene was to reveal that Alicent's maid is actually spying on Alicent for Mysaria, which was hinted at back in episode 6 when Talya walked in on Alicent and Larys's dinner.

Are you spoilering from book shit?

Ok, that makes sense. I remember the scene but blanked later on who she was seeing. While that wasn’t Dyana I presumed this was highlighting Dyana was spying for her too (perhaps).

No. Read the post. Everything in it is stuff in previous episodes.

And just knock it off with the accusations against me. I only answer background questions and clarify stuff that has already been shown in previous episodes.

You keep making me out to be this bad guy when I have actually been the one deleting and spoiler-tag-hiding posts from other users that actually did directly spoil major future plot points. Be grateful that you never saw those spoiler posts because I monitor the thread.
