Come on man, Phillies are a historical rival of the Mets. Braves were in the NL West in your childhood. Pretty much, any Mets fan pulling for the Phillies are admitting that the Braves are the Mets daddy

I don’t think so. Might be delayed, but they can get it in. But playing tomorrow instead wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. The more rested Charlie is, the more comfortable I am with him on the mound

It’s rained off and on all day today, but I’m not complaining. I’d gladly trade a postponement for some rain. Rained all summer, but has barely rained a drop since the first of September. Burn bans and I’ve got a big pile of brush that needs burned
